Summer egg radishes salad

Makes 2 servings

1 & 1/2 cups loosely pack chopped lettuce
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
4-5 medium size radishes, thinly sliced
1 egg, hard-boiled, chopped
1 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Mix together lemon juice and mayonnaise. Place all veggies and egg  in a medium bowl and pour dressing over. Add salt and pepper to taste.
