Yesterday, I baked my first batch in a commercial kitchen. In addition, I tried to pack and continue to gather an opinion, which is very important to me. As I promised, my cookies are cream cheese ones. They are plain, soft, and of good quality. Now I have to think about the second step and more recipes.
