New Cookies and New Ideas for “Goodies Friend”. This time, I'm experimenting with lemon cookies. I've already tested two versions and received some valuable feedback. The concept itself is very appealing, but by my standards the presentation wasn't quite good enough to make them ready for sale.
For this batch, I decided to try something different: wavy lemon cookies brushed twice with an egg wash and a touch of lemon juice. So far, I'm happy with the results. The next step is to make them more uniform and try baking them directly from the freezer.
As always, the process continues, and every batch brings new ideas. I want to win—but not alone. These cookies are only the beginning, and I hope to keep improving while offering the best choices possible. So don’t fight me—let’s succeed together.
